I loved the spacious room layout with ample area for meals. The diverse breakfast selection was exciting, catering to everyone's tastes and preferences. Proximity to the ferry station made it so easy to explore the region!

The standard room is immaculate and spotless. The positives include marvellous location and parking onsite. The place where you can eat at a walking distance from the hotel is Trattoria da Pippo...

Noises from outside and from other rooms easily get into the room.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, with noticeable odors that detracted from the overall experience.

The room was clean, and the size is adequate. Is a very quiet area, and good If you are just passing by and have a car.

I tried to cancel my reservation and was the beginning of my very bad opinion about the hotel. First I was told that they did not accept cancellation, after I have been told that I could cancel, but would have to pay the full value of the booking, after that I was told I could only pay the first day, and last no longer have to pay anything! Each person I talked to, gave me different information, I was under the impression that in the hotel there is no domestic policy and that each employee says what it wants. And it is not a language problem, since I’m Portuguese. The hotel is located very bad for those who have no car, took each day about 45 minutes-1 hour to Lisbon. I also think the hotel should have better beds. I will not return to the hotel and would not recommend.

Staff very friendly and willing to oblige. Close to the main part of the town and the town is easily reached from the airport.

It would have been nice to have a table and chairs and a couple of easy chairs rather than the extra sofa/bed, but in the case of families the reverse would probably apply.

The breakfast was AMAZING with a great selection! 🥐 Rooms are spacious, but the staff could be friendlier. Had a rough experience with the iron giving me a shock. Not what I expected!

Spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast with excellent coffee and adequate replanishment. Very friendly staff. Good access to Lisbon.

airconditioning was broke. Twice asked to fix it, but it was not fixed. Had to sleep with 25° or indure streetnoises if opening the window instead...

Outdated room decor and furnishings requiring immediate updating!!! TV size too small for the room's space and unclear refrigerator operation causing guest confusion!!!

The room was okay, but my meal at the restaurant was pretty disappointing.

The breakfast spread was pretty awesome-lots of choices to please everyone. The room was okay, but I found the TV a bit too small for the space. The shower was cramped. The snack bar was convenient, though, nice after a long day.
